Synopsis for "God and the Devil Walk into a Church"
Daredevil and Heimdall discuss the events, and Heimdall shares the hopeful outcomes of several players in the war. After revealing what happens, Heimdall gifts Daredevil with two new fighting batons carved from wood from Yggdrasil, crafted by Dwarves, and engraved with runes. They hear a mugging two blocks away, and join together to answer one more prayer.

Synopsis for "The Job I Have To Do"
Jane Foster is in the morgue with the bodies of the Valkyrior including Brunnhilde, when Thor comes in and discusses the afterlife with her concerning the Aesir. With the Valkyries gone, there is no way to Valhalla, so it now sits empty. After the Mjolnir from the alternate dimension exploded, it formed a bracelet on her arm, which now comes alive and she sees the spirits of Brunnhilde and the others. They ask her if she is willing to accept her new charge and to bear their name. She agrees, and is transformed into the new Valkyrie.

Synopsis for "War Orphans"
The Punisher is continuing his war against the monsters that invaded Earth, and killed Jones' family. He tells Jones that he lost the trail because it disappeared back to its home, but he's going to continue after it. Jones introduces Frank to some children who were left orphans by other monsters, and told them that he new of a monster hunter.
