Synopsis for "Blood of the Earth"
In the far future, the Goddesses of Thunder find Thor's goats dead and are about to attack Galactus anew, when King Thor has returned wielding All-Black. In present day Broxton, Ulik and the Rock Trolls are beating on Thor until the Minotaur decides that he wants some. Thor realizes that since Dario Agger isn't really human, he doesn't have to hold back and punches him hard enough to send him completely out of Broxton. Thor then faces off against Ulik, who tells him that he has heard the whispers of a war across the Nine Worlds. Back in the future, Galactus recognized the weapon King Thor now wields and tells him it will demand a heavy price. Back in Broxton, several Trolls are about to eat a small group of people when they are saved by Agent Solomon. Meanwhile, Minotaur has returned and he and Ulik team up against Thor. While King Thor pours everything into Galactus, Thor slams Minotaur and Ulik into a gas station blowing it up, and then begins pounding on them. Several hammer blows later, the Asgardians and S.H.I.E.L.D. are overseeing the rescue of Broxton, but Dario Agger has disappeared, assuming his human guise he hides among the refugees. Thor weeps for Broxton, while in the future, King Thor bleeds. And where his blood falls, new grass and flowers begin to grow and bloom.

THE LAST DAYS OF MIDGARD Part Five • Thor’s war to save the earth comes to its epic conclusion. In the far future, King Thor makes a dark decision that may save the day, but at what cost? • And in present-day Broxton, Oklahoma, Thor makes a final stand against the forces of ROXXON, but not even a god can save everyone.
