Synopsis for "The Last Days of Midgard - Part One"
On Earth, Agent Solomon is in pursuit of some illegal whalers, who turn and attack her. But her "boyfriend" Thor comes to her rescue. Later, in Alaska, at a Roxxon press conference, CEO Dario Agger is presenting Roxxon's idea for a new supply of drinking water, ice mined from Jupiter's moon Europa. As he's talking, Agent Solomon confronts him about how much Roxxon will be charging people, when Thor arrives with a literal mountain of ice from Jotunheim, for free. Back at Roxxon Island, Agger is enraged at the financial loss as well as the public embarrassment. Thor asks Roz if she will join him for dinner, but she tells him tomorrow over coffee would be better. In the far future, Lord Thor has his granddaughters stand upon a wasteland that the Earth is now, lamenting that maybe it is time to just give up, when Galactus arrives.

THE LAST DAYS OF MIDGARD begin NOW!
Thor, Asgardian God of Thunder, has always fought to save his adopted home of Earth. But who can he fight when the planet itself is dying? Thor’s mortal ally and environmental secret agent Roz Solomon has a few ideas. Namely the world’s largest and most nefarious energy company Roxxon, and its ruthless new CEO known as “The Minotaur.” Has the God of Thunder finally met his match, in the form of a multinational super-corporation? Meanwhile, many millennia ahead, a future version of Thor faces a very different battle to save what remains of the earth--a battle against the greatest villain the Marvel Universe has ever known—Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds!See Also
