Synopsis for "When the Stars Threw Down Their Spears"
Thor continues to battle in the Challenge of the Gods and begins to lose because Sharra and K'ythri do not care if they slaughter all of their followers, whereas Thor does care. Out in space, the Asgardians surge through the Shi'ar (Race), using the Destroyer to pummel both Gladiator and Kid Gladiator into submission. The Shi'ar (Race) gods call for Ultimate Judgment, and on an unnamed planet, a monstrous creature begins to rise.
Solicit Synopsis
• The heavens rumble as the war between Asgard and the Shi’ar tears through space. • Meanwhile, the Challenge of the Gods rages on. • And though Thor has fought valiantly to protect the people of Midgard, the gods of the Shi’ar have a dark and dangerous surprise in store.
