Synopsis for "Trust Me"

Loki is visited by the All-Mothers while taking a shower, and is given a mission. Breaking into Avengers Tower, Loki is detected by Thor and is knocked off the building. After being rescued by Hawkeye, Loki sows discord among them by reminding Thor what Iron Man had done,[1] and escapes in the ensuing chaos after tricking Hawkeye into shooting Bruce Banner instead of him. Breaking into their computer files, Loki erases any reference to his old self. Caught in the act, Loki performs his second task by running Thor through with Garm. It is revealed that something foul had taken root in Thor after being infected by Malekith.[2] Garm, being a sword of truth, purges Thor of the infection, which Loki catches in a jar. After being punched by the Hulk, Loki is captured and put in a cell. Thor is visiting him and thanks him and they share a drink before Loki's inevitable escape. Back in Asgardia, Loki presents the jar to the All-Mothers, and in return, it is revealed that Loki is working for them and in return an ancient story, a crime, is striken from Asgard's memory. After dismissing him, the All-Mothers open the jar, letting the essence of "old" Loki out, who tells them he appreciates them meeting him.
