Synopsis for "The Mysterious Radioactive Man!"

Thor helps the Indian army battle the Chinese at the Chogi Pass. In reaction, the Communist's "great leader" calls on his military strategists and scientists for a means to combat Thor. Chen Lu promises a solution and transforms himself into the Radioactive Man. A Chinese submarine ferries him to New York City where he draws out Thor, repelling Mjolnir with his radioactive aura. The Radioactive Man then hypnotizes Thor, instructing him to throw Mjolnir away. Thor complies but tosses his hammer so far that Chen Lu cannot retrieve it. Thor becomes Blake, shedding the hypnosis with the transformation and rigs a device to trace Mjolnir. Finding it in the Hudson, he retrieves it and engulfs Radioactive Man in a tornado vortex that whirls him back to China, striking him into a mountain with a resulting atomic explosion.
