Synopsis for "Trapped by the Carbon-Copy Man!"

Ugarth, Warlord of the planet Xarta, leads an interplanetary war party, accompanied by his son Zano. On Earth, Don Blake yearns to tell Jane he is Thor but Odin forbids him. In Manhattan, various officials issue unusual and contradictory rules and regulations, confusing the populace. Thor investigates, visiting the Mayor who orders him arrested. Realizing that the officials must be imposters, Thor finds the Xartans' lead warship in a nearby wood but drops Mjolnir when captured by the ship's ion magnet and turns back into Blake. Taken prisoner, Don finds the real Mayor Harris imprisoned with him. Harris tells the Xartans that Thor will stop their invasion. Don promises to betray Thor to the aliens, grabbing Mjolnir when they allow him to do so. As Thor, he battles Zano, defeating him in multiple assumed forms. Ugarth then attacks, but Thor grabs him in a net and throws him into space. Terrified by Thor, the fleet flees. Thor orders Zano and the other Xartans still on Earth to transform into trees, rendering them harmless.
