Synopsis for "The Master Plan of Mr. Hyde!"

When Thor appears in public, people spurn him and the police shoot at him. Later, Don takes Jane to dinner for her birthday. Hyde follows and kidnaps them, taking them to his castle where he ties Don up and sets a time bomb. He brings Jane along, promising Don's death if she defies him. They travel to the East River Naval Yard where Hyde takes over a nuclear submarine. Meanwhile, Don grasps his cane and becomes Thor, tracking Hyde. With Odin watching, Hyde forces Thor to drop Mjolnir. Jane, afraid that a Thor victory will cause Don's death, hides the hammer. With sixty seconds expiring, Thor uses his cape to create a tornado, covering his transformation into Blake. He finds Mjolnir and changes back. While Jane pleads with Thor to let Hyde go to save Don's life, the villain dives into the river and escapes. The authorities realize that Hyde previously impersonated Thor. Odin, indignant that Jane aided an evil-doer, rejects her bid to be an immortal.

Synopsis for "The Storm Giants"

Thor and Loki, as young boys, witness the Storm Giants stealing the Golden Apples of Iduna. They enter the giants' castle to retrieve them. Inside, Loki shoves Thor into the giants' view, forcing him to fight, then stokes up the giants' fire, hoping to mask his departure with smoke. However, Thor uses the smoke to escape capture and joins Loki. They free the captured giant eagle Agnar and fly away with the Golden Apples. Back home, Odin notes that, after each deed of valor, Thor can lift Mjolnir a little higher.
